We passionately believe that MGCOne will make a significant difference in the community management Industry. The platform is about connecting people and people to information. Every residential community that uses MGCOne will achieve its goal of providing outstanding service, with full transparency of actions, to all its residents at the lowest operating cost. Every community management company that uses MGCOne will be able to cut down their operating costs, increase profitability and offer top-notch services to community associations for a lower price than their competition.
Our experience and studies show that by design the community management industry globally is fragmented and changes are not effectively managed, resulting in community associations not having continuity of both operations and ownership. The consequences are not only poor service to residents, but also increase in maintenance fees due to unnecessary expenses.
Primary objective of a developer is to build a community that results in an attractive profit margin. Once transition of ownership to the community association is complete, the developer has no accountability to the community association or homeowners.
Board members are elected to serve for a period of time as trustees of the community association. When there is a change in board membership most often, expertise, knowledge and records get lost.
Community management company is only responsible to manage the community association during the period of its service contract. In most instances, when the management company is replaced, the community association takes a hit of loss of knowledge, information and often records that are cumulated during the tenure of the contract.
When there are changes in homeownership (bought/sold), community associations often lose knowledge and history of the particular home (such as work done, architectural changes, issues, etc.) resulting in expensive rework.
An association is very similar to a service organization, but is not managed in the same way. Every organization has its own system, processes, procedures and records. When individuals depart, their functional information and data are retained, thus ensuring continuity of operations irrespective of change in hands. Information is not lost and the organization continues to operate in business as usual.
We are determined to apply this foundational organizational operating premise into every association and enable the association to function efficiently & effectively with continuity of service and operations. MGCOne is a unique and holistic application platform that enables every community association to operate like a service organization. When any of the party leaves the association, their access will be modified while retaining all records within the platform. This ensures continuity of service and operations with no interruptions.
MGCOne is a SaaS solution (Software as a Service) wherein the application platform is made available over the Internet and is hosted in the Cloud.
We are not a typical technology firm that is mainly focused on making profits and capturing market share. We are here to make a difference to every stakeholder and remove barriers of inefficiencies within the community management industry. We have decades of experience as Wall Street Bankers in defining/implementing strategies and leading bank-wide efforts to drive down costs, increase process efficiencies and effectiveness. As current homeowners and former board members, we also have gained the know-how of community management across various kinds of community associations around the world.
Having had first-hand experience in community management challenges and issues, we were able to identify a niche opportunity where we believe that we can radically change how the industry operates. We fanatically believe that we can eradicate process inefficiencies, cut down costs and make a significant impact within community associations and community management.
We have built a revolutionary platform - MGCOne that examines the problem holistically and provides a solution for every stakeholder within the industry. MGCOne is designed to transform the industry and break service provider silos by applying cross-industry best practices in services, controls and transparency.
